About the owner of the office
- Mr. Mohammed bin Aujan Al-Hajri graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Beirut Arab University, Republic of Lebanon.
- He also studied at the College of Management and Economics/Qatar University and earned 52 office hours.
- He worked as an investigative officer at the Capital Security Department in Doha, Qatar for nearly 15 years.
- He worked as the head of the Investigation, Trials and Administrative Affairs Department at the Ministry of Interior’s Legal Affairs Department for 8 years.
He retired – at his own request – in 2008 with the rank of Major.
His work
- He has been practicing law since 2008 until now as a lawyer before the Court of Cassation.
- He received specialized courses on money laundering and anti-human smuggling from NATO and the United Nations.
Civil Litigation Section
This section is responsible for all civil lawsuits or anything related to the civil and commercial courts, starting from filing them by registration and following them up with hearings, announcements, and pleadings until the judgment is issued and referred to the Executive Litigation Section and its follow-up.
It also follows up on their appeals or otherwise.
This department includes a group of counselors, professors and administrators specialized in this matter and fully aware of what the client requires in this field for all cases.
Criminal Litigation Section
This department is specialized in all criminal cases and everything related to the Misdemeanor and Felony Court and their appeals, as well as in following up these cases, whether by defending clients or civil plaintiffs, whether companies or individuals, and this department includes a group of consultants specialized in criminal affairs and administrative staff to follow up these cases and how they proceed until their completion.
Administrative Litigation Section
These are cases that arise between individuals and official administrative authorities, whether because of their employment or because of one of the official administrative contracts that these authorities enter into with them and everything related to Law No. 7 of 2007 regarding the adjudication of administrative disputes.
Where the office has worked on many cases filed against the administrative body by our clients as public employees and obtained, by the grace of God, rulings in their favor.
